Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention is a 10 week aftercare program integrating cognitive-behavioral relapse prevention skills and mindfulness meditation practice. Mindfulness is a non-judgmental way of paying attention in the present moment that helps people respond to situations with choice rather than reacting automatically.
