The Role of the WomanACT Board of Directors is to provide overall direction, monitoring and supervision for the organization in keeping with its mission, vision, values and contractual liabilities.

The Board of Directors governing roles includes:

Reviewing and Updating WomanACT’s Strategic Direction and Priorities, Developing Governance Policies including mission, values, budget s and oversight of the Executive Director.
Ensuring adequate financial resources are generated and allocated so that WomanACT can accomplish its mission, vision and values.
