Volunteering is the most fundamental act of citizenship and philanthropy in our society. It is offering time, energy and skills of one’s own free will. Volunteers play a dynamic and active role in providing and supporting the delivery of WACT’s programs and services.
WACT values the work and dedication of volunteers. Volunteers are an integral part of fulfilling WACT’s mission. The assistance of volunteers enables WACT to increase the quantity and quality of services offered. Volunteers provide additional expertise and the opportunity for increased community involvement. You enable WACT to better serve those living, leaving, gaining support or services. You effect change within the organization as individuals and a team.
You area an important link between WACT and the people who make up the communities we serve.
